Funkolius Productions LLC / HomeSlice3D

Privacywithout the creepy stuff.

We collect the minimum info needed to answer you, build quotes, process orders, ship the goods, and keep the site working — whether you're ordering from Orlando or Warsaw. No data resale. No sketchy list-building. No stalking. This page also explains your rights under the EU/UK GDPR if you're shopping from Europe.

01 Who we are

Funkolius Productions LLC (operating as HomeSlice3D at homesliced3d.com) is the data controller responsible for your personal information. We're a US-based small shop selling FPV frames, carbon fiber goods, hardware, and downloads worldwide — including stock held in the EU for faster European shipping. For visitors in the EU/UK, this policy is written to meet GDPR and UK GDPR requirements.

02 What we collect

  • Contact info — name, email, and whatever you send through a form or message.
  • Order info — billing/shipping address, order contents, phone number if provided, order notes, and shipping status.
  • Account info — if you create an account, the basics needed for login and order history.
  • Region preference — whether you're shopping the USA or EU store, so you see correct stock and shipping.
  • Technical info — cookies, cart/session data, IP address, browser/device data, and security logs used to keep the site working and safe.

03 How we use it — and why we're allowed to

  • To fulfill your order (payment, shipping, returns) — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To reply to messages and quote requests — necessary to respond to you, or our legitimate interest in good customer service.
  • To keep cart, checkout, login, and account features working — necessary to provide the service you're using.
  • To protect the site from spam, fraud, and abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the shop secure.
  • To keep records for taxes and accounting — a legal obligation we have to follow.
  • For non-essential analytics or ads (Statistics/Marketing cookies) — only with your consent, which you can withdraw any time.

04 Cookies

Cookies here fall into three categories, managed through our cookie banner: Essential (always on — cart, checkout, login, region selection), Statistics (Google Analytics, Jetpack Stats — only after you consent), and Marketing (Meta/Facebook Pixel — only after you consent).

Change your choice anytime via the cookie preferences button. Full cookie-by-cookie detail lives on our Cookie Policy page.

05 Payments

Payments are handled through PayPal, WooPayments, and other WooCommerce-supported processors. We do not store full card numbers on this site.

06 Shipping

If something needs to ship, your delivery details go to the carrier handling that order — including customs information required for international and EU deliveries.

07 Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal info. It's only shared with services that make the store work: payment processors, shipping carriers, our hosting provider, analytics and advertising partners (only once you've consented), email tools we use for order updates, and accountants or legal advisors when required.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU/UK (including the US). Where that's the case, they rely on appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect your data when it crosses borders.

08 How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation, then deleted or anonymized. Cookie consent choices are remembered for up to 180 days, after which we'll ask again.

09 Your rights (EU/UK visitors)

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing (including direct marketing), receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time for anything based on consent — without affecting processing done before you withdrew it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we've mishandled your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us below — some records may still need to be kept where required for taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, or completed transactions.

10 Contact

Questions, privacy requests, or "hey, what do you have on me?" messages can go here. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, generally within a month.

This page is written in plain English so normal humans can read it. If the store setup changes — payment provider, analytics, email tools, shipping tools — this page should be updated to match. This is a working privacy notice, not a substitute for legal advice; if your EU sales grow, it's worth having a professional review it.
