Funkolius Productions Return & Refund Policy

Funkolius Productions stands behind the products we manufacture and sell. This policy applies to purchases made through homesliced3d.com.

Returns

Funkolius Productions does not accept voluntary returns of non-defective products.

Returns may be approved when a product is:

• Defective
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incomplete
• Incorrectly shipped by Funkolius Productions

There is no restocking fee for an approved return.

Return Shipping

Approved returns are handled by mail.

For an approved defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped product, Funkolius Productions is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return instructions and, when necessary, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided after the return has been authorized.

Please do not ship a product back before receiving return authorization.

Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Funkolius Productions as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

Photographs, video, Blackbox data, or other relevant information may be requested to help verify the issue.

Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, completed, or refunded as appropriate.

Damage caused by crashes, impacts, improper installation, misuse, normal wear, customer modification, or operation outside the product’s intended use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Custom Full Builds

Custom Full Builds are assembled, configured, tuned, and flight-tested by Funkolius Productions before shipment and are guaranteed to be flight-ready in the configuration in which they leave Funkolius Productions.

Funkolius Productions may retain pre-shipment configuration information and Blackbox flight data for verification purposes.

If a problem occurs before the aircraft completes its first successful customer flight, contact Funkolius Productions before changing flight-controller settings, changing the tune, replacing hardware, or otherwise modifying the aircraft.

Blackbox data may be required when evaluating a claim and may be compared with pre-shipment data.

Changes to the aircraft or its configuration before a claim can be evaluated may void the flight-readiness guarantee.

Crash damage, pilot error, impact damage, or damage resulting from post-delivery modifications is not considered a defect.

Custom Full Builds are not eligible for voluntary non-defective returns. Where applicable, products made specifically to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized may also be subject to statutory exceptions for change-of-mind returns.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable STL, STEP, design, or other digital files, are not eligible for voluntary returns or refunds after delivery or download, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time after Funkolius Productions issues the refund.

International and Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy describes Funkolius Productions’ voluntary return policy and does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers in jurisdictions that provide mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, refund, warranty, or return rights retain those rights.

This includes applicable statutory distance-selling rights for qualifying customers in the European Union and United Kingdom. Where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase, customers exercising a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right may be responsible for return shipping. Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
