By using homesliced3d.com, placing an order, downloading a file, requesting a quote, or contacting us for work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

These are the house rules for using homesliced3d.com, buying parts, downloading files, requesting custom work, and generally keeping the transaction clean on both sides.

02 Who we are
This site is operated by Funkolius Productions / HomeSlice3D. We sell FPV-related parts, carbon fiber goods, hardware, downloadable design files, and custom-cut/design services.
Product availability, pricing, specs, and descriptions may change as parts, suppliers, materials, and designs evolve.
03 Orders & payment
- You are responsible for giving accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order details.
- Orders are not final until payment is accepted and the order is confirmed.
- We may cancel or refund orders affected by obvious pricing errors, stock errors, fraud flags, unavailable materials, shipping restrictions, or incorrect product setup.
- Payment providers such as PayPal or WooCommerce-supported processors handle payment details. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
04 Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, supply delays, or other nonsense outside our control.
If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, reshipping costs may be your responsibility.
05 FPV safety
FPV parts are used in high-speed, crash-prone, experimental builds. Inspect parts before use, build responsibly, follow local laws, and fly safely.
Our parts are not for manned aircraft, life-support systems, or safety-critical uses.
06 Returns & refunds
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can review it.
Custom-cut parts, made-to-order work, opened/used hardware, and downloaded digital files may be final sale unless we made a clear mistake or the product is defective.
07 Custom work
- For custom cuts, CAD/design help, modified parts, or quote-based work, you are responsible for checking measurements, fitment needs, files, notes, and approvals.
- Once custom work has started, changes may cost more or may not be possible.
- If you send files, logos, drawings, images, or design references, you confirm that you have the right to use them and ask us to work from them.
- We may decline projects that are unsafe, illegal, infringing, unclear, or outside our capability.
08 Digital files
Downloadable STL, STEP, CAD, design, or other digital files are licensed to you, not sold outright, unless a separate written license says otherwise.
Do not resell, redistribute, re-upload, clone, or package our digital files as your own.
09 Intellectual property
The Funkolius/HomeSlice3D name, branding, product photos, page design, copy, CAD/design files, frame designs, graphics, and other original work belong to us or our partners unless stated otherwise.
10 Site use
Do not attack, scrape, spam, reverse engineer, abuse checkout, misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site. We can block access, cancel orders, or refuse service when needed to protect the shop.
11 Warranty limits
Products are provided as described and with reasonable care, but FPV use involves crashes, heat, vibration, bad wiring, hard landings, prop strikes, and other abuse that no shop can fully control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, failed builds, crashed aircraft, injury, property damage, or costs beyond the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
12 Changes
We may update these terms when the site, products, services, checkout flow, or business needs change. The updated version applies once posted on the site.
